Participants will explore the common barriers that providers can encounter when supporting job seekers and employers throughout the employment journey. Using real-life case studies, the session will consider practical challenges, explore effective solutions and examine how barriers can be anticipated and reduced. Participants will be encouraged to reflect on their own experiences and consider how different approaches can improve outcomes for everyone involved.

This is a live online event lasting one hour and is delivered by Luminate Education Group.
