Katie is Founder and Director at BCohCO Ltd. She brings over fifteen years' experience in building sustainable, cohesive communities, bringing together professional practice, academic grounding, and lived experience in Diversity, Inclusion, Cohesion and Equity (DICE).

A woman of dual heritage, Katie works at the intersection of individual experience and systemic change. Her background in Social Psychology underpins a career dedicated to understanding how difference, power, and identity shape behaviour, relationships, and organisational culture.
