An immersive continuing development programme combining two residential experiences, outside-in provocation, and trusted peer challenge to strengthen judgement, confidence, and system leadership.
Who is this for?
This programme is for:
- Individuals who are already in FE Chief Executive, Principal, Accounting Officers and senior FE and skills sector roles.
- Those who have been in these roles for 3-5 years and looking for ways to enhance their continued professional development.
Programme structure
Delivered over a nine-month immersive programme, participants will experience:
- An online programme launch - 120 minutes
- 1st Immersive three day, two night residential
- One inter-residential group coaching online session - 90 minutes each
- 2nd Immersive two day, two night residential
- Post-residential group development online session - 120 minutes
- Three small-group development online sessions - 90 minutes per session
